- Contact details you submit when requesting a report through a calculator: first name, last name, phone number, email, and the property address.
- Deal inputs and uploaded photos you enter or attach for analysis.
- Lender account details if you sign up to use the platform: your business name, contact information, branding, and configuration.
- Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To run the calculator, compute results, and generate and deliver reports.
- To route investor leads to the lender whose calculator was used.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- To communicate with you about the service.
How information is shared
- With the lender. When an investor submits a deal through a lender's branded calculator, that submission (contact details, deal data, and results) is provided to that lender, who is the intended recipient of the lead and handles it under their own practices.
- With service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, database and storage, customer-relationship workflows, AI report generation, and PDF generation. They process data on our behalf.
- For legal reasons when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
