These Terms govern your use of the LenderLeads.ai website, calculators, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

LenderLeads.ai provides a branded real estate deal calculator and lead-capture platform for lenders. Investors can run deal numbers and request a report; lenders receive the resulting leads in their own systems.

Accounts and configuration

If you sign up as a lender, you are responsible for the accuracy of your configuration (including loan parameters, thresholds, branding, and lead-routing settings) and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including lending, advertising, and consumer-protection rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Estimates, not advice

Calculator outputs and reports are estimates for informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, or real estate advice, and not a commitment to lend. See our Disclaimer for details.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your branding and the data you submit), is owned by LenderLeads.ai and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms.

Fees

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed as described at sign-up or in a separate agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LenderLeads.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes
